Is shipping international?

Yes! If you are ordering through the store on my website, Prinful (which the produces are made and shipped from) will deliver internationally. If you are purchasing from another source such as Ko-fi, orders are typically "delivered" online unless communicated otherwise about purchasing physically. If you have yet to ask about shipping options, please communicate this as soon as possible.

When will my product arrive?

Physical products you may have ordered should take from 6-11 business days to arrive. However, because physical products are created and shipped through the Printful company, the time may vary. To check the tracking number/updates on your specific order please click the link below. 
 
If you did not order a physical product or have a question regarding and order directly from me, please contact me through email or any platform we've communicated through previously.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Accepted Answer

Defective products must be reported to Printful who creates and ships the products ordered. Faliure of the company willing to work with you will be taken very seriously and should be reported to me. In the case that this happens, please contact me with proof of a defective order/other problems concerning Printful and I will find an alternative for you or give you a refund concerning the order.
